Accepted Answer

ACs (split and window), TVs (LED, OLED, QLED, LCD), washing machines (top load and front load), and fridges (single door, double door, side-by-side). Working or not working — both fine.

Can I schedule pickup when it suits me?

Yes. Once you accept the quote, pick a date and slot that works. We cover 450+ cities with doorstep pickup. Pickup is always free — we never charge for collection.

When do I get the money?

Same day as pickup, right after our agent finishes the 14-point quality check. Pay-out lands in your UPI in 2 hours. NEFT and cash are also options if you prefer. For Assured Buyback exits, payment lands within 24 hours.

Every refurbished appliance comes with a 30-day free repair guarantee. Each unit clears our 14-point quality check before going on sale. If anything goes wrong in those 30 days, we fix it free or replace it.

Each unit is graded P (Excellent — minor cosmetic wear), Q (Good — some wear), R (Average — visible wear), or S (Not working — for parts only). Every listing has clear photos and a condition report you can read before buying.

What if I want to return a refurbished appliance?

You get a 7-day replacement window from delivery. If the unit doesn't match what was listed or has a functional issue, we pick it up free and either replace it or refund you fully — back to the same payment method.

At pickup, our agent runs the 14-point check in front of you. If the condition is worse than what you marked, you'll get a revised price on the spot. Accept it or walk away — no obligation either way.
